Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I’m a hot mess mom, nutritionist, creator, and forever student. Building community with authenticity is my favorite way to show up in the world. I have literally been this way my whole life. It may be the way i was raised or my ADHD superpowers... but for some reason i tend to turn chaos into connection.

Throughout my nutritionist career I have had this thing I do... I couldn't really put my finger on it, until I took a break and stepped away from seeing patients. That thing is CONNECTION. I naturally like to connect. Like sharing resources and helping other people in the world feel less alone. It's kind of my God given gift in a way. This space here is for me to be able to keep connecting and providing resources, education, and that feeling of being less alone on the journey. My goal has always been to show people that they are made of greatness and they are capable of becoming their dream version of themselves. I plan to do all of that here, with you.
